Messy Haos is a family hub, and we work very hard to make it a safe space for families. We ask you to also do your part to ensure an enjoyable and safe visit for your children at Messy Haos.
Admission Policy
Children between the ages of 6 months – 12 years who are not enrolled in a class can purchase an EXPLORER PASS or an ADVENTURE PASS.
Explorer Passes are available from 8am-1pm and give access to any classes on that morning. It is valid for one person for one day.
Adventurer Passes are available from 12pm-close, which gives access to the play areas. It is valid for one person for one day.
Messy Haos reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who poses a danger to any customer.
Supervision Policy
Messy Haos Guides are here to assist you during your visit, however parents/guardians are responsible for child supervision at all times inside Messy Haos. Children under the age of 12 years are required to be supervised by a guardian. Child drop-offs are NOT permitted unless they are enrolled in the after school programs. All morning classes are adult accompanied. Guardians must attend the class with the child.
Facility Use
We can teach our children great habits by helping them clean up after playing in each exhibit area. Food and drink may only be consumed in designated dining areas, and outside food is not permitted (exception – baby food). As Messy Haos is a place for children, smoking is forbidden throughout the entire facility (both indoor and outdoor facilities). Messy Haos is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Please be mindful of your personal belongings when visiting us.
Illness Policy
Children with an elevated temperature, or an illness that may be contagious (such as pink eye or flu) or too sick to go to school are asked to not visit Messy Haos for the safety of our guests.
Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be made once the transaction is completed. In the event of an emergency closing, the ticket purchaser will receive credit.
